1. About CutPrep

CutPrep is an AI-powered image-to-cut-file conversion service operated by Napari Media LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), a New York limited liability company. By creating an account or purchasing a membership, you (“you” or “member”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.

CutPrep converts your images into cut-ready files (SVG, DXF, and layered bundles) and provides a Cut-Ready Score that estimates how cleanly a design will cut. Results depend on your design, machine, blade, and material — we do not guarantee that every file will cut flawlessly in every setup.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CutPrep. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.

3. Membership and billing

CutPrep offers paid membership plans. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.

• Weekly plan: billed every 7 days. Renews automatically unless cancelled.
• Monthly plan: billed every 30 days. Renews automatically unless cancelled.

Prices are displayed at checkout and may be updated with notice. You will be charged the price shown at the time of your purchase or renewal.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to CutPrep until then.

5. Refund policy

All membership fees are non-refundable. Access to the conversion service is granted immediately upon payment — by proceeding you acknowledge that the service has been delivered and waive any right to a refund. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at [email protected] and we will review your case.

6. No guarantee of results

CutPrep provides AI-powered image-to-SVG conversion to produce cut-ready files. We do not guarantee that every converted file will cut flawlessly on every machine, blade, or material — results depend on your design, equipment, and settings.

Always do a test cut before committing expensive material. Results mentioned in our marketing materials reflect general expectations and are not guaranteed outcomes. Your actual results will vary.

7. Uploaded content

You retain full ownership of any images or images you upload to CutPrep. By uploading content you grant us a limited, temporary licence to process that content solely for the purpose of generating your analysis report. We do not publish, distribute, sell, or use your images for any other purpose. Files are deleted after processing is complete.

You represent that you own or have the right to upload any content you submit, and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights or violate any law.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account or login credentials with others
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from CutPrep
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce CutPrep's AI conversion system
• Use CutPrep for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

9. Intellectual property

All content on CutPrep — including the AI conversion system, design, text, and code — is owned by Napari Media LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of CutPrep without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Napari Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of CutPrep, including any wasted material or loss of business opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership in the 3 months prior to the claim.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

CutPrep is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Cut-Ready Scores are estimates only and may not reflect real-world cutting results on your specific machine and material. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by notice on the site. Continued use of CutPrep after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
