CutPrep is an AI-powered content analysis service. We analyse images uploaded by users and provide cut-readiness predictions, engagement metrics, and improvement recommendations. We do not publish or distribute your images.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly:

• Email address (collected during sign-up)
• Profile data from onboarding: the cutting machine you use, what you like to make, your experience level, and how often you craft
• Images you upload to convert into cut files

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration (via privacy-friendly analytics)
• Device and browser type, IP address, approximate location derived from IP
• Payment data handled entirely by our PCI-compliant payment processor (we never see or store full card numbers)

• To convert your uploaded images into cut-ready files and generate Cut-Ready Scores
• To create and manage your account and subscription
• To send transactional emails: magic sign-in links, password resets, and renewal confirmations

We do not sell your personal data. We do not send marketing emails without your consent beyond transactional messages directly related to your membership.

Images you upload are processed solely to produce your cut files. Your original source image is deleted immediately after processing — we only keep the finished cut files in your account history so you can re-download them. We do not use your uploaded images to train AI models, share them with third parties, or publish them in any form.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records (e.g., payment records for tax purposes).
